Privacy Policy
DeepCall · Last updated: October 27, 2026
DeepCall ("we", "us") is an iOS app that shows automated trading calls on stocks, ETFs and crypto. This policy explains what data the app and the DeepCall server collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account identifier. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable Apple user identifier. It is how we recognise your account.
- Email address (optional). Apple may share your email or a private relay address. We use it only to identify your account and to answer support requests. We do not send marketing email.
- Portfolio and watchlist. The tickers you add to your portfolio or watchlist, and the quantity and average price if you choose to enter them, so the app can show them, your P&L and alerts about them.
- Device data for notifications. A random install identifier generated by the app, the Apple push token, the app language and the push environment, so we can deliver notifications to your device.
- Subscription status. Signed transaction information from the App Store about your DeepCall Pro subscription, so we can unlock Pro features. We never see your payment details: payments are handled entirely by Apple.
- Usage of instant evaluations. Which tickers you asked to evaluate and when, to apply daily limits and show your history.
- Server logs. Standard technical logs (IP address, request time, errors) kept for security and troubleshooting.
You can browse calls without signing in; in that case we store nothing about you beyond server logs.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no data brokers.
- No analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
- We do not sell or rent your data.
How we use the data
Only to run the service: sign-in, your portfolio and watchlist, notifications, Pro access, evaluation limits, security and support.
Who processes it
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, push notifications (APNs) and App Store payments.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting of the DeepCall server and database.
- Google (Gemini) — AI analysis of tickers. Only market data and ticker symbols are sent; no personal data.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your sign-in identities, portfolio, watchlist, devices, settings and evaluation history, revokes the Apple sign-in token and anonymises the account record. Subscription transaction records may be kept as long as needed for accounting and to handle refunds. Server logs are rotated regularly.
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription — manage it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by writing to the address below. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Children
DeepCall is not intended for children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the app.
